VIDEO: Inman Park
Inman Park was the first planned residential suburb developed in Atlanta. Its promoter, Joel Hurt, was one of the city’s most important early builders. Improvements to the district, such as streets, a park, part of Atlanta’s first electric streetcar line, landscaping and tree planting were well underway by the time the first lots were put up [...]

The term Credit Score is heard in many corners these days and it is a very important part of one’s financial life and most especially real estate. These days a credit score is a definite make-or-break factor in obtaining legitimate mortgage financing.
Reading an article I found on the web today I was only a little surprised to learn that the average consumer grade on a new questionnaire was a failing grade of only 60%. Since I’m an interested party I wanted to see if this test was worthy and what I might learn.
Fast forward to my respectable grade of 91%. I only wish it would help in raising my actual credit score, but alas that’s not a part of the magic formula.
Take the test for yourself!
If you’re interested in knowing more about current credit score issues and where you stand you should speak to a qualified and respectable mortgage professional. If you need to know who we think fits the bill just ask. We’d love to share some of our respected pros, but we won’t mention them out here in the public space.
This is the of course the key to more than your next residence. It’s the key to the entire economy so lets tighten up Atlanta!
More on this topic shall be forthcoming, based on your comments and requests.
Atlanta solopreneurs and anyone needing a quality place to meet will find The Lodge a great resource. Quietly tucked away in the middle of Buckhead this place is far superior to most locations for being productive in the field.
The Lodge has free covered parking, with a covered walkway to the building. (On a rainy day this is going to be huge!) The surroundings are high quality and extremely comfortable. Sofas, loungers, chairs, table or booths are available and fit any situation. It’s quiet and relaxing and will be a pleasant surprise to your business prospects. You’ll position yourself as a valuable resource without saying a word.
You should have no trouble finding The Lodge, which is just about half a mile north of the Roswell Rd, Peachtree fork in the middle of Buckhead. Check the map or GPS for the address 3417 Roswell Rd Atlanta 30305.
Meet me at The Lodge
Atlanta has a huge community of business people that will find this type of place fantastic. The best part of this is the affordibility of things and the lack of commercial pressure to buy anything. As an endeavor by the church the place is not focused on sales and profit so the atmosphere is far more relaxing than other options. The quietness does help your productivity, but it’s not like a library where conversation is discouraged.\
I would love to know of any similar place in the metro area that may be similar in nature. If you know of a place pleas share it here in the comments.
OK, pardon the pun. There’s a few things that everyone in Atlanta agrees on and one thing we have in common is Krispy Kreeme donuts. There’s nothing more special to many folks than a flashing Hot-Donuts-Now sign on Atlanta’s Ponce De Leon!
